Below is our Brown & Sharp Coordinates machine used to check bore diameters at 68 degrees. This helps to assure you that the DR# and the bore size stenciled on the part are the exact same.
We use the Sunnen Dial Bore Gauge to check many of the smaller bores. It is an extremely accurate device easily able to check diameters to the one ten thousandth of an inch.
We are the first orifice plate manufacturing facility to use our own Laser Machine. This machine cuts the outside diameter and will consistently hold one ten thousandth of an inch.
